700 g of lasagna dough
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
400 g of ground beef
Salt, black pepper, and grated cheese to taste
1 pinch of oregano
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of white sauce

Cook the lasagna dough according to the manufacturer's instructions
Drain and let it rest on a clean plate. Reserve
Heat the olive oil with butter, onion, garlic, and tomato puree
Add the ground beef and cook for five minutes
Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and nutmeg
Spread some of the meat mixture on each piece of lasagna dough
Roll them up like a roulade and place in a greased baking dish
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used
Cover with tomato sauce and then with white sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes or so.
