Season the beef with salt, garlic, and black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the beef on all sides
Remove the beef from the pan and add the tomato and bell pepper slices
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, covered, to create a sauce
Return the beef to the pan and let it heat through
If you want more sauce, add an additional 1/2 cup of water, stir well, and let it simmer
Serve hot every 4 minutes.
