1 tomato, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 liter of beef broth
10 leaves of curly endive, chopped
2 tablespoons of cornmeal

Season the pork cubes with garlic, onion, parsley, scallions, and salt
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the pork
Add one cup of water and let it simmer until the liquid is reduced
When the liquid has evaporated, add the broth
Wait for it to boil again, then add the chopped endive and cornmeal, stirring slowly
Let it cook well
Season with hot peppers to taste and serve with white rice
