Soak the green wheat in cold water for two hours

Cook the green wheat in the same water for 20 minutes or until tender

Season with salt, half of the dried oregano, cinnamon, coriander seeds, and chili peppers

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the onion and garlic
Cook until softened

Add the ground meat and cook until it loses its red color

Season with the remaining dried oregano and salt

Add the rice, two scoops of water, and cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender
