20 stalks of fresh corn, husked and silked
1 can of heavy cream

Season the ground beef with onion, tomato, parsley, scallions, garlic, tomato paste, and pepper
Fry in a pan with butter for about 10 minutes
Grate the corn and add it to the water along with the husked and silked corn, stirring well
Combine this mixture with the grated corn
Strain through a sieve and add the liquid obtained to the pan with the beef
Cook until boiling hot and the cream is cooked
Taste for salt
Add heavy cream
Mix well and serve
If the cream is too thick, add a little more water.
