3 kg of tapioca leaves, milled (mandioca brava)
1/2 kg of bacon
1/2 kg of dried beef
1/2 kg of Portuguese sausage
1/2 kg of pork shoulder
1/2 kg of pork ear
1/2 kg of pork tail
Chopped garlic to taste
Bay leaves to taste
3 kg of tapioca leaves, milled (mandioca brava)

Step 1: Place the tapioca leaf in a large pot with plenty of water
Let it simmer all day over low heat, without letting it dry out
The next day, add the bacon and let it simmer again
On the third day, boil all the meats and add them to the tapioca pot to simmer
Stir occasionally
The next day, add the garlic and bay leaves and let it simmer for another 6 hours, stirring occasionally
Serve with white rice and raw tapioca flour
