Hydrate and dissolve the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions. Reserve
Combine in a blender the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream without serum, grated coconut, and whole milk
Blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and add the gelatin
Mix well and transfer to a greased mold
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Run a hot knife around the mold and invert carefully
Serve decorated with plums in syrup.
