In a saucepan, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch
A little at a time, add the whole milk and stir until smooth
In medium heat, stir constantly until it thickens (around 10 minutes)

Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and mix well
Distribute among six ramekins, let cool to room temperature, and refrigerate for at least one hour
Mix together in a bowl the yogurt, all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, and place over the cream in the ramekins.
