A small piece of lemon zest
1 green olive

Place the ice cube in a small glass
Pour in the gin and dry vermouth
Stir well with a spoon
Press the lemon zest between your fingers, holding it over the glass to release its oils onto the drink
Add the green olive
Serve chilled
For an added touch, place the empty glass in the freezer before preparing the drink.
