Mix the eggs in a bowl with an electric mixer until they're well-beaten and frothy
Add the flour and salt, mixing until smooth
Gradually add the milk and melted butter, mixing until homogeneous
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Grease a non-stick skillet of 20 cm diameter with vegetable oil
Heat over medium heat
When hot, pour in 2 1/2 tablespoons of the batter, spreading evenly to form a thin layer
Fry until the edges are golden brown, flip, and cook the other side
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up, then reserve.
