6 small honeycombs (each about 300g)
3 bricks or 2 cans of cream ice cream
6 tablespoons of Grand Marnier, Cointreau, or other fruit liqueur

Cut the top off each honeycomb and remove the seeds
Cut the fruit into cubes
Soak with the liqueur
Mix in slightly softened ice cream
Fill the honeycombs and chill until serving time.
