Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease two mini muffin pans with butter
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler
Let it cool
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Divide the dough evenly between the molds
Place the molds on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until firm to the touch
Let it cool completely
Sauce
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
Before serving, place the brownies in a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for one minute. Reserve
Distribute the sauce between two dessert plates
Place the brownie on top
If desired, drizzle with melted bittersweet chocolate
Serve immediately.
