Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter; add the bananas, half the juice, the zest of one orange, and the cognac
Cook for 2 minutes
Remove from heat and mix in the powdered sugar
Mix the gelatin with the remaining orange juice and let it sit for 1 minute; add to the pan and stir well
Remove the orange zest and let it chill.
