Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a homogeneous mass is formed

Place small portions into the pastry bag

In a greased and floured baking dish, shape the dough into leaf designs
Bake in medium temperature oven until the shortbread is golden brown

Remove from the oven and, with a spatula, gently loosen the mass from the baking dish before it cools
