1 1/2 tablespoons of Cornstarch
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 dash of Salt
1 cup of Boiling Water
1 tablespoon of Butter
1/3 cup of Red Wine
2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tablespoons of Cornstarch

1 cup of Boiling Water
1 tablespoon of Butter
1/3 cup of Red Wine
2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
Mix the Cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a saucepan
Add the boiling water slowly, stirring well
Bring to a boil and cook until the vinaigrette thickens and becomes transparent
Remove from heat and add the butter, stirring until it melts
Add the red wine and lemon juice, and stir well
Serving chilled with fresh fruit salad, pears, or peaches in a can is recommended
Serve 1 1/2 cups.
