In a large bowl, combine the grapes and ginger and mash well
Cut the kiwi, green apple, and starfruit into thin slices
Reserve some for decoration

Remove the seeds from the remaining green apple and add it to the bowl with the kiwi, starfruit, and lemon juice
Add the sugar and mix well
Place in the refrigerator and add the ice cubes and squash
Stir and decorate with the reserved slices.
