2 bottles of chilled white wine (1,440 ml)
1 large pineapple, peeled and cored into cubes (2 kg), cut into cubes
5 red grapes, seeded and cut into cubes with skins (150 g each)
1 cup of sugar
1 bottle of chilled champagne (750 ml)
3 bottles of Club Soda or Cristal Soda chilled
2 bottles of chilled white wine (1,440 ml)

1 bottle of chilled champagne (750 ml)
3 bottles of Club Soda or Cristal Soda chilled
Combine the pineapple and grapes in a bowl
Sprinkle with sugar and add 1 bottle of wine
Refrigerate for about 2 hours
Just before serving, add the second bottle of wine, champagne, and club soda
Serve in a punch bowl.
