1 1/2 cups of strong coffee
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of cold water
3 tablespoons of coffee liqueur

Brew the coffee with the sugar
Mix in the cornstarch and water, then add to the coffee mixture
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Add the liqueur and refrigerate for a little before serving
Serve chilled
