Serve over roasted peaches or pears
2 egg yolks whisked lightly
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla or 2 tablespoons cognac
1 cup whipped cream

Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla or cognac until well combined
Add to whipped cream and serve over roasted fruits
