1 cup of pineapple juice

Heat the pineapple juice with the baking powder to a boil
Remove from heat and reserve
Soak the gelatin in cold water and add it to the hot juice
Stir well and let it cool
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and add 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Mix delicately with the whipped cream and pineapple juice
Mix gently
Distribute in individual serving cups
Refrigerate for four hours
Serve decorated with pineapple wedges
