Preheat the oven
Grease a 1.5-liter baking dish
Place the sweet potato slices in the prepared baking dish
Brush with lime juice
If the sweet potatoes are too thin, sprinkle with a little brown sugar
Mix the dry ingredients
Add the melted butter or margarine and mix until a granular consistency is achieved
Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes
Roast in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are tender
Serve cold
