Cream cheese strawberry sauce (see recipe below)

Cream Cheese Strawberry Topping:

2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
Cream cheese strawberry sauce (see recipe below)
Melt the butter with the confectioners' sugar and egg until smooth
Add the melted chocolate and mix well
Sift together the dry ingredients, add the chopped nuts, and mix
Alternate adding the flour mixture with the yogurt and cream cheese; beat well after each addition
Fold in the strawberry preserves and mix gently
Pour the batter into a 20cm square pan and bake at moderate heat (170°C) for 55-60 minutes
Let it cool and cover with the Cream Cheese Strawberry Topping
Cream Cheese Strawberry Topping:
Melt the butter until creamy
Add confectioners' sugar, beating well after each addition
Add the cream cheese strawberry sauce to the desired consistency; beat until smooth.
