Combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt, and orange zest in a saucepan
Add the boiling water gradually, stirring constantly
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring always, until the mixture becomes transparent and thick
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well
Use 2 cups of the sauce
Last to be used on a turkey pudding.
