1/2 teaspoon of curry
1 fillet of golden fish (1 kg)
1 orange without peel or pulp in slices

Accompaniment: Broccoli Florets
Cooked in the oven with 1 orange, no peel or pulp
1 3/4 cups of orange juice
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard in 1/2 teaspoon of thyme and 1/2 teaspoon of allspice
1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of manjero, and 1/2 teaspoon of kummel
1/2 teaspoon of curry
1 fillet of golden fish (1 kg)
1 orange without peel or pulp in slices
Salt to taste
Accompaniment: Broccoli Florets
Cooked in the oven with 1 orange, no peel or pulp
Just before serving, cut the fish into bite-sized pieces, dividing it into 150-gram portions
Place a slice of orange on top of each piece
Mix together the orange juice, herbs, soy sauce, and salt
Season the fish with the glaze, cover with aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight
Bake the oven to medium temperature
Bake the fish for 1 hour or until it's cooked through
Remove from the oven, let the glaze thicken in a small pan over low heat
Place the fish back in the oven, covered with aluminum foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown
While that's cooking, whisk together the remaining glaze and flour, then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Place the fish on a serving platter, brush with the glaze
Garnish with orange slices and broccoli florets.
