1 kg of clean and boneless sardines

Dressing:
1 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of oil
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 large onion
1 handful of parsley
10 green pimentos, chopped
1 kg of clean and boneless sardines

Dressing:

Bring the water, salt, vinegar, and rosemary to a boil
When it's boiling, place the sardines in layers and cook for 5 minutes
Drain and let cool
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender
Arrange the sardine and dressing, alternating in layers, one of sardine, one of dressing
Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving
