Add the oil, slowly pouring it while continuously whisking, until thickening begins
Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and continue whisking until the mayonnaise reaches the desired consistency
Mix the prepared mayonnaise with ketchup, whiskey, mustard, and English Worcestershire sauce
Add the beaten heavy cream, whisking until smooth and creamy
