6 cloves of garlic, chopped into pieces
1/3 cup of parsley leaves
1/4 cup of thyme leaves
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of hot water

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a paste
Use with spaghetti, cooked fish, meats or vegetables
Add more or less 1 cup
The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 10 days
Mix well before using.
