Combine all the sauce ingredients in a pot, bring it to a boil, cover the pot, and cook at high heat until it simmers
Reduce the heat and simmer for another 30 minutes
Let it cool slightly, blend it in a blender, then strain it through a sieve
Heat it up again and serve with 300g of your preferred pasta
