1 cup of fresh or canned cream
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Sauté the mushrooms and garlic in butter or margarine over low heat, stirring for 10 minutes
Add the cream and parsley
Let it simmer and add the Parmesan cheese
Mix well and serve with macaroni
Yields 2 cups (enough for 250 g of macaroni).
