1 can of condensed milk
1 can of whipped cream
1/2 can of passion fruit juice
200g of semisweet chocolate
1/2 box of industrial chantilly.
Sauce:
1 tablespoon (extra) of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of passion fruit juice

3 tablespoons of ascorbic acid

Blend the condensed milk, whipped cream, and passion fruit juice in a liquidizer
Leave the mixture homogeneous. Reserve
Whip the chantilly
Grate the chocolate
In a serving dish, make a layer of the passion fruit mixture
Add grated chocolate, followed by a layer of whipped chantilly
Repeat the layers
Top with whipped chantilly
Sauce:
Mix the ingredients in a saucepan to boil and cook the cornstarch
After cooling, drizzle over the whipped chantilly
Refrigerate.
