2 coconuts

Grate the coconut
Squeeze the grated coconut to obtain thick milk. Reserve
Pour boiling water over the coconut pulp and squeeze again to remove thin milk
Place corn and thin milk in a pot and cook until the corn becomes soft
If necessary, add water so it doesn't dry out
Or use a pressure cooker instead
When almost ready, add thick coconut milk and cook for a bit more until the sauce becomes creamy
Season with sugar, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and butter
Mix well and serve.
