1/2 kg of White Sorghum (Canjica)
2 tablespoons of Cornstarch
1 large coconut
season with salt to taste

Soak the white sorghum (Canjica) in water overnight
Cut off any black eyes
Simmer with water and salt
When it's soft, add 1 cup of grated coconut (about 1.5 liters), 2 tablespoons of Cornstarch
Season with salt to taste
Let it simmer for a bit before turning off the heat.
