Melt the chocolate with the liqueur over a water bath
Beat the eggs until they are clear and increased in volume
Add the orange zest and confectioners' sugar
Add to the chocolate mixture
Beat the egg whites until firm and then fold into the chocolate mixture carefully
Pour into 8 servings and refrigerate for at least one day before serving
Serves 10 people.
