Mix the chocolate and water
Heat it over low heat, allowing it to simmer slowly
When the chocolate has melted, add the sugar and cook for 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly
Beat the egg yolks in a bowl, then add the chocolate and continue beating without pause
Add the coffee
Let it cool
Add the vanilla and whipped cream
Put it in the freezer until it becomes firm, in a spherical mold with a removable bottom
To serve, remove the mold and cut like a cake
