1 In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (do not let it boil), melt the chocolate, stirring gently. Reserve
2 In an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until smooth and creamy (about 15 minutes)
3 Add the melted chocolate and mix well
Add the cognac and stir with a spatula
Divide among six serving dishes and serve immediately.
