1 tablespoon of grated orange zest
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of crushed ice

Place the gelatin and orange juice in a blender
Pulse for 40 seconds at high speed
Add the eggs, egg yolks, grated orange zest, and sugar
Pulse for an additional 5 seconds
Remove the lid and, with the motor running, slowly pour in the crushed ice, pulsing for another 10 seconds until it dissolves
Pour into a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate until firm
Dessert is ready to serve in 6 hours
