2 cups of mashed strawberries

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups of whipped cream

Mix the strawberry puree with sugar
Soak the gelatin in lemon juice and dissolve it in a warm bath
Mix the gelatin with the strawberry puree
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold them into the mixture
Put everything in the freezer
About 45 minutes to an hour later, remove from the freezer and blend in a blender until the mixture becomes pale pink
Transfer to a bowl and add whipped cream
Serve in glasses or a glass dish and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm
Garnish with the remaining whipped cream and decorate with strawberries
Best served 4-6 hours later.
