1/2 cup (ch) of water

1 tablespoon of red gelatin
1/2 cup (ch) of sugar
4 egg whites
1 box of strawberries

Combine three tablespoons of water in a saucepan and sprinkle with unflavored and red gelatin. Reserve
In another saucepan, combine the sugar and the remaining water
Bring to a boil without stirring until it reaches a syrupy consistency (similar to honey)
Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Gradually add the warm syrup to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form
Blend the strawberries in a blender
Dissolve the gelatin over low heat
Combine the gelatin with the blended strawberries and beaten egg whites with the warm syrup
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate until it reaches a mousse-like consistency
Serve chilled.
