2 cups of skimmed milk
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 envelope of unsweetened and unflavored gelatin, dissolved according to manufacturer's instructions
1 jar of palm tree in preserve
salt to taste

Drain the palm tree and cut it into pieces
Combine the palm tree, milk, mustard, and gelatin in a blender
Blend until well mixed and adjust seasoning
Transfer to small mold or individual molds
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours or until firm
Unmold onto a serving plate and serve with green salad.
