Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Combine the cucumber, gorgonzola cheese, onion, salt, and lemon juice
Let it chill in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly
Add the whipped cream and mix carefully
Pour into a decorative 9-inch diameter mold
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Unmold and garnish with cucumber to taste
