1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup (ch) of cold water
2 containers of grape-flavored diet gelatin
2 cups (ch) of boiling water
1 can of unsweetened condensed milk
2 cups (ch) of grape juice without sediment.
Sauce: 1 cup (ch) of grape juice, 1/2 cup (ch) of water, and 2 tablespoons of culinary use adhesive

Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in cold water, dissolving it in a water bath or microwave
Dissolve the grape-flavored gelatin in boiling water
Blend the dissolved gels, unsweetened condensed milk, and grape juice in a blender
Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled mold with a central hole
Sauce: Mix all ingredients and simmer until thickened
Carefully unmold the mousse and serve with the sauce on top
