Boil the sweet potatoes and then squeeze out their liquid
Combine the cheese, salt, eggs, and flour
Mix well, adding more flour until the dough is suitable for rolling into cord-like shapes
Cut the dough into small cubes
Sauté the cubes in boiling water and remove when they reach the surface
Place them in a greased mold, not too close together
To make the sauce: Chop the cod and soak it in brine for one day beforehand
Change the water 8 times to remove excess salt
Chop the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes (with skins and seeds), and green onion
Heat the olive oil
Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring for about 10 minutes
Add the cup of water and cook slowly for another 40 minutes
Add the cooked cod and spoon it over the cubes
Cover with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven.
