Sauté the passion fruit in margarine with sugar
Add the cream and reserve
Omelette:
Mix the eggs with cream and sugar. Reserve
Beat the whites until fluffy and fold into the egg mixture
Melt the butter in a skillet and pour in the egg mixture
Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the top is dry
Serve on a plate and spread the filling
Fold in half and dust with confectioner's sugar.
