Place the flour in a large bowl
Add the salt
Heat the water with butter over low heat and let it simmer
Make a well in the flour and pour in hot melted butter and mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until a ball forms
If necessary, let the mixture cool slightly and knead with hands to achieve a homogeneous mass
Add eggs one by one and mix very well until smooth
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out each piece on a floured surface to a fine thickness
Cut out rectangles of 5 cm on each side
Re-knead any scraps of dough and roll it out again to cut new rectangles
In the middle of each rectangle, make a small incision and insert one end to give it a bunny ear shape
Fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain on paper towels, and dust with powdered sugar
