60g of dark chocolate
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups crystallized cane sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

Melt the chocolate with the water
Remove from heat and slowly whisk in the cane sugar
Cook slowly for ten minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the vanilla
Serve warm or cold.
