Arrange the eggs in four individual ramekins greased
Season them with salt, pepper, and a pinch of herbs
Cook the eggs in a water bath for five minutes
They should be soft
Remove the ramekins from the pan, top each one with toasted breadcrumb cubes
Serve immediately
