8 large cucumbers

2 tablespoons of mustard seeds
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups of white wine vinegar

Peel the cucumbers and cut into slices
Place in a glass jar or bowl
Add salt and mix well
Let it sit in the refrigerator for one day to another
Drain and finely chop the mixture
Put in a pot
Add remaining ingredients
Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes
Pour into sterilized hot jars and seal tightly
Process three half-liter jars.
