Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Fry the sesame seeds until lightly toasted
Add the rice and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Add 2 cups of water, season, and bring to a boil on high heat
Cover the saucepan, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed
Turn off the heat and let the rice finish cooking in its own steam for an additional 20 minutes
Fluff with a fork and serve immediately
