Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the yolks and mix well
Add the matza flour, mixing well; finally, add the olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Blend in a mixer, let it rest for 1/2 hour
With wet hands shape into small balls (about walnut-sized) and cook in plenty of chicken broth, taking care not to dry them out
Serve hot
