500g of beef brisket, cut into large cubes
1/4 cup (chopped) of olive oil
1 beef bouillon cube
2 carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
100g of green beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tomatoes, cored and cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Enough boiling water to cover the beef

Enough boiling water to cover the beef
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker and brown the beef
Boil enough water and add it slowly to the beef
Close the pressure cooker and cook over low heat for 25 minutes
Remove the pressure cooker from the heat, allow the pressure to release, open the lid, and add the beef bouillon cube, carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, onion, and celery
Cook for an additional 5 minutes under pressure
Transfer the braised beef to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with rice
